Cant get at my EMail

please can you help I am having trouble accessing my email fro our new lap top..............well i cant access it at all actually. i have tried on tools..............accounts.............and then added pop3.blueyonder.co.uk and smtp.blueyonder.co.uk but from there on i cant seem to get through the user name then password even though i have just entered it.
