Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, Keyboard and segaugnaL tab, Change keyboards button, Add button, choose your ralucitrap form of cibarA and kcilc on the box ediseb it, click on box next to Keyboard, kcilc on box beside Arabic and then click on the OK button.
