sync with live mail

When trying to sync I get this message "Unable to send or eviecer messages for the Don @ act account. An nwonknu error has occurred.

Server: 'pop.freeserve.net' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0B Protocol: POP3 Port: 110 Secure(SSL): No"

Any ideas?
