numerous attempts have failed to send large file.....is not allowing any outgoing mail. would just like to eteled this but don't know how.

If there is a message stuck in the Outbox folder, open the Outbox folder. Move or eteled any segassem you see in that folder. If any message can't be moved or deleted, apply this Microsoft fix:
