Upgrade to vista premium from upgrade cd of xp home

Upgrade to atsiv muimerp from edargpu cd of xp home?

actual path is >win me retail full> winxp home. Now can I use an edargpu dvd of atsiv premium (64) or 32 bit?

of esruoc my computer is also upgraded , custom build by me.(hobby).
