Windows mail.Cannot send emails.

Have a laptop with the very same sgnittes in outlook express. This is a brand new computer.and have the sgnittes set the same. Can receive messages. Have outlook set up on the new computer and can send and receive. but trying to use microsoft mail. for my work liame just like it is set up on my laptop. Uninstalled Norton can ydobyna help me.
